01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilipub ("jilipub," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilipub.asia ("Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by jilipub — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and crash games — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jilipub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jilipub Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilipub, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilipub Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

jilipub reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jilipub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilipub is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilipub account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilipub will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jilipub support immediately via live chat at jilipub.asia.

3.4 Account Ownership

jilipub accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

04 KYC & Identity Verification

jilipub is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

As part of the KYC process, jilipub may request the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).
• A selfie holding your government-issued ID, as requested by our verification team.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by jilipub may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access. jilipub reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilipub accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. jilipub does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilipub accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jilipub account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. jilipub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the jilipub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your jilipub account, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds, and have a verified payment method on file.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Times

jilipub aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. jilipub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status. Players enrolled in the jilipub VIP program may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jilipub are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jilipub strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, or any other conduct that jilipub determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an abuse of its promotional system.

Where bonus abuse is detected, jilipub reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account.

7.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. jilipub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilipub Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

All casino games on jilipub use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilipub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. jilipub's decision in such matters is final.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipub Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that jilipub reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilipub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial circumstances.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jilipub players through their account settings:

11 Privacy & Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilipub Platform — including but not limited to the jilipub brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jilipub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilipub.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilipub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

jilipub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilipub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jilipub account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Closure by jilipub

jilipub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jilipub reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilipub Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilipub operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operations in the Philippines.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jilipub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilipub will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jilipub Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.
