We share data with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors (GCash, Maya, and banking partners), KYC and identity verification providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, customer support platform providers, and fraud detection and cybersecurity services. All such providers are bound by contractual obligations to process your data only as instructed by jilipub and in accordance with applicable law.

6.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosure

jilipub may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement agencies, or other competent authorities where required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.

6.3 Business Transfers

• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and device logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for security or legal purposes.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilipub will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

09 Data Security

jilipub implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

11 Minors and Age Restriction

The jilipub Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jilipub does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilipub becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the jilipub Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

12 International Data Transfers

jilipub primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud hosting providers or international KYC verification services — jilipub ensures that such transfers are carried out in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

Specifically, jilipub requires that all international recipients of personal data provide an adequate level of data protection, either through contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC) or by operating in a jurisdiction recognized as providing adequate protection for personal data.

13 Third-Party Links and Services

The jilipub Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party game content from licensed game providers. This Privacy Policy applies only to the jilipub Platform and does not cover the privacy practices of any third-party websites or services.

jilipub is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Platform.

14 Updates to This Privacy Policy

jilipub reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jilipub Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
